Terms and Conditions
- CASH Back Now (CASH) will be transferred within 24 hours after all qualification checks have been made.
- CASH will be directly deposited to Australian Accounts only.
- Australian residents are not eligible for CASH refunds.
- CASH will be deposited into your account by direct deposit (Electronic Funds Transfer) in all cases. No paper cash will be available or provided in any case.
- CASH will be transferred to individual bank accounts in the customers name only.
- Super Return staff must meet the customer in person, or speak with them over the phone before they are eligible for a refund.
- Transfer of CASH will not be made until access to Australian Taxation Office Tax Portal is available.
- Tax Refund Applications must be complete for eligibility for CASH. ‘Complete’ means every section completed and ALL supporting documents required for immediate lodgement of return.
- No money will be transferred to the client until all qualification checks have been made on the customer, including but not withstanding, the documentation, the tax portal and the Tax Refund Application.
- Cash Back Now refunds do not apply in any way to Superannuation refunds.
- Super Return accepts no responsibility for money that is transferred to an account and not received by the customer. Transfer receipts will be produced, and unless the money is bounced back into the Super Return Operating Account, no further refund will be issued.
- Investigation into non-received transfers will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Super Return has the right to refuse the transfer of cash to any customer without reason.
- In the case where a tax return is not due a refund, and a cash refund has been paid to the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to refund the cash payment to the Super Return Operating Account within 10 days of the request.
- In all cases, Super Return's fee of 18.5% of the total refund amount, will be subtracted from the refund before it is transferred.
